Assisted Living Apartments (6 beds)

All Assisted Living must be able to handle their own continence and be cognitively and physically able to transfer his/her self from chair, bed and toilet and to evacuate without assistance.

Medicaid

We do take Medicaid as a payment source. Medicaid does not require a hospitalization and is dependent on the financial situation of the resident. Please talk with Andrea Constant, Social Services Director for more information on this program (970-731-4330).

Medicare and Social Security Benefits

If you have been hospitalized for 3 or more days in the last 30 days, Medicare will pay for a portion of the nursing home stay. Medicare will pay for the first 20 days fully. Beginning on day 21, there will be a co-pay of $141.50 per day through day 100. Your private health insurance may cover this co-pay, if not, it would be private pay.
